What Inspire are doing to help our tenants, landlords, buyers, vendors and community....

In these challenging times Inspire we are doing all we can to help and support our landlords, tenants and local community. We have put business to one side and we are here to support in any way we can. Showing kindness and strengthening connections with our local community could not be more vital during this pandemic.

We want to reassure our tenants and landlords that we are here to help during this difficult time. Although we have changed the way we operate in this climate, we are still open Monday to Saturday. We are all working remotely from home and taking calls and responding to emails.

Tenants, should you have any maintenance issues, please still report them via Fixflow. Do not feel due to everything going on that a small issue is not important, we still want to know and want to help. Our maintenance team will always get back to you as soon as they can!

We know that some tenants are now in an uncertain financial circumstances. Our lettings team are working with our tenants on a case by case basis, liaising with landlords to find the best possible solutions to get through this. Positively our landlords and tenants seem to be pulling together, recognising this is a new and extraordinary situation.

For buyers and vendors, although the pause button has been pressed and we are unable to do viewings, we are still chasing through sales. Exchanges and completions are only to take place in exceptional circumstances. There can be no surveys or valuations of occupied properties. The government has asked that any dates of exchange or completion due to fall in the near future are, where possible, rearranged by mutual consent of both parties. The latest government advice and

Business aside, we have a small team who are delivering essential goods to those who are self isolating and some staff who have volunteered for the NHS volunteering scheme. Our furloughed staff are available to help the community in any way they can. Our team check in with each other regularly¸ making sure we are all ok, making each other laugh. We miss seeing each other on a daily basis and it has made us realise how lucky we are to have such a strong close bond. We are not a team because we work together, we are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other.

Please remember we are here for you. Whether you just want a friendly chat, or whether you need some essential necessities, please reach out, we can do this together!

Stay safe, stay home and stay well.
