Hi, I'm Matthew Cousins

I live in Crawley and have done all my life. I am an avid Arsenal fan, which may put some clients off! I have two beautiful daughters and a passion for selling houses, which I have been doing for over 20 years!

The day the excitement goes from selling a house and having another happy client is the day I retire from Estate Agency.

Hi, I'm Tammy Clifton

I previously lived and worked in sunny Dubai for a couple of years which was a fantastic experience. My work colleagues say I have an Australian accent even though I have no ties to Australia. I enjoy cycling and have completed the London to Brighton bike ride a number of times for charity.

Hi, I'm Laura Williams-Wynn

I have worked in Crawley for over 15 years, of which 12 of those years have been in Estate Agency. My hobbies are horse riding, and running. You will often see me at my local Park Run trying to improve my run time. My favourite film is ‘Top Gun’ and favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas! 

Facts about me

• I love holidays, so if I'm not at work it means I'm sunning myself on the beach
• I prefer eating chocolate over going to the gym
• I wish i was the youngest member of the team but I can no longer pass as 21! However I am still the tidiest!
• I would love to run the London Marathon and walk the Inca Trail in Peru
• I have 3 young children so come to work for a rest

Hi, I'm Stephen Bushell

I have been working in Estate Agency since Maggie Thatcher left Downing Street and when the World Wide Web was invented (1989/1990). The challenge and passion for helping people in one of what can be the most stressful times of their lives, is what I love about doing the job and every day is different. After 25/30 years of corporate agency I wanted to work for a company that was not so focused on market share and KPI’s. I love one summer and one skiing holiday a year and have recently found a passion for woodworking and creations, as well as an addiction to Freecycle. I am a fan of  Charlton Athletic so have the joy of not being disappointed, as I have no expectations.

• My garage is full of stuff I will ‘eventually’ upcycle
• I have both bungee jumped and tandem sky dived (just the once though!)

Hi, I'm Bradley Cousins

I have lived in Crawley my entire life and all the years of playing run outs when I was younger taught me the Crawley area like the back of my hand, I am 4 years into my estate agency career at Inspire and I have been loving every minute of it! Here's to many more years ahead.

Before joining Inspire I previously worked in a hair salon and enjoy all things involved with hair and beauty. However I decided to have a change and work in Lettings, and I absolutely love it!  When I am not working, I like to go out with friends and family, and I love long walks, but only if it’s sunny!

Hello, I'm Rebecca. After residing in Crawley for around 12 years, my family and I recently relocated to Steyning, where we're currently enjoying renovating our new home. My passion lies in assisting the local community in making well-informed decisions regarding their next sale, purchase, or investment. With experience in both buying and selling properties to maximize returns, along with a successful tenure as a landlord boasting zero void periods and exceptional yield returns, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Beyond my professional pursuits, my enthusiasm for real estate extends into my personal life—I simply adore everything about it.

Hi, I'm Alina Palamarchuk

I have lived in the Ukraine all my life except for the last year when I moved to the UK. Since 2012 I have worked in real estate in Kyiv and sold properties worth $6,1 million within 2 years. I am still amazed that the length of a time to purchase a property from an offer being accepted to completion day is 4-6 months on average compared to 2-3 days in Ukraine!

• The most multilingual person in the office ( fluent in 3 languages + learnt a 4th one in university)
• I can eat a bucket of ice cream in one go

Hi, I'm Kasia Kepa!

My full name is Katarzyna, but everyone calls me Kasia. It's much easier to say.

I came from Poland for just 6 months to work on my language skills, and fast forward 20 years, I am still here!  Half my heart belongs to Poland, and the other half belongs here. My work background is in property management and customer service, and I absolutely thrive in a people-filled environment.

I'm incredibly lucky to have an amazing family, and my sister is not just family but also my best friend. She knows me better than anyone else.

• I'm a huge cat lover, especially of my two furballs, Zuzu and Rafael. They've taught me so much about independence, love, and they sure know how to be funny!
• One of my favourite quotes is, "When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kind." I truly think the world could use a lot more kindness these days.
• Fashion and interior design really get me excited. I've got loads of albums dedicated to these topics, and I can spend hours diving into them.
• Biographies and documentaries are my jam. I find so much inspiration and guidance from the lives and histories of others.
• I'm still in awe of how often British folks "put the kettle on" throughout the day

I have lived in West Sussex all of my life. I have always worked in customer-focused roles, and took the decision 3 years ago to pursue a career as a Mortgage Advisor. I love the buzz of helping my clients get into their new properties! I am an avid Chelsea fan and love watching all sports.

Hi, I'm Ollie Pearce

Hi my name is Ollie, as a Client Services Coordinator at Inspire, I love helping our clients throughout their moving journey and making sure they receive the support they need from start to finish. Seeing a move come together and knowing I've helped make the process easier is one of the best parts of the job.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, watching football and spending time with friends and family. I'm a loyal AFC Wimbledon supporter and always enjoy a good film when I get the chance.

• My hair has become something of a talking point in the office and I do my best to live up to the reputation
• I support AFC Wimbledon through the good times and the not so good times
• I spend plenty of time in the gym, although my performance in our charity ice bath challenge lasted around 10 seconds. My girlfriend managed over 10 minutes, and I'm still hearing about it!

Hi, I'm Jessica Skully

Hi, my name is Jessie, and I have always enjoyed meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. Working in lettings gives me the opportunity to do exactly that, whether it's helping landlords maximise their investment or explaining the current legislation.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me on the rugby pitch, practising the violin or keeping up with the latest developments in aviation. I'm a bit of an aviation geek and love anything to do with aircraft. I also volunteer at East Surrey Hospital, where I spend time visiting patients and helping brighten their day.

Hi, I'm Carla Clossa

Hi Im Carla, I am a devoted mum of two and a Property Manager at Inspire. My role is all about keeping tenancies running smoothly, supporting landlords and tenants, and helping resolve issues as quickly as possible.

I enjoy the variety property management brings. No two days are the same, and I like being able to help people when they need clear advice and a calm approach.

Outside work, I love coffee, hot spicy food, and spending time with my children.
