Christmas Food Appeal 2017

Please help us to support vulnerable people in Crawley this Christmas and donate an item of non perishable food to our foodbank collection box in our office.

FareShare Sussex tackle hunger and food waste by redistributing surplus food to charities and community groups supporting vulnerable people. They currently work with 100 charities in the Sussex and Surrey areas, including a handful in Crawley, providing food for over 7000 people every week. Most of the food they receive would otherwise be wasted from the food industry, for reasons such as over-production, damaged/incorrect packaging or seasonal changes. This food is generally fresh and can be short-dated so they are in need of non-perishable store-cupboard items to compliment their surplus supplies.

Food can be donated to our office at 13 Tilgate Parade, Tilgate, Crawley, RH10 5EQ.  Our office opening hours are below -

Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm

Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm
